Since 2005, this family-run and owned business have been creating delicious, traditional and sustainable cheese to sell to the thousands of visitors that come to the Mudgee Region each year, in addition to supplying many restaurants and cafés throughout not only the Central West but greater New South Wales as well.
Awarded Gold at a national level in the prestigious Delicious Produce Awards and the recipient of many other awards at the Royal Easter Show on several occasions, these humble, but clever cheesemakers welcome visitors to their tasting outlet 10 am – 4 pm, seven days a week (unless otherwise specified on social media). High Valley’s delicious range includes Marinated Fetta, Triple Cream Brie, Rouge (Washed Rind), Caerphilly Cheddar, Smoked Cheddar and two blue kinds of cheese, Colly and Stefan.
