Dine amongst the saltbush for an immersive meal surrounded by native ingredients you’ll find on your plate. The meal will be paired with Lowe wines and non-alcoholic drinks made with native ingredients grown on-site.
Wear clothes fit for the bush as you’ll be invited to walk down to view the Wiradjuri tree art designed by local artist Emmett McLeod.
