Come and join us for a workshop in Cannoli making. Put your pasta machine to good use for something other than pasta. In this workshop we will spend a couple of hours sipping coffee, making sweet cannoli pastry, rolling cannoli shells and frying them till crisp, to then fill with various sweet ricotta fillings and dress in your favourite toppings using melted chocolate, crushed pistachios, toasted coconut and chocolate sprinkles, a dusting of icing sugar and much more. Then box up your treats and take home to wow your family and friends your new patisserie making skills.
