Three cheeses walk into a bar. Already seated are three wines, looking for company. Let's see how pairs up with whom over the course of an hour. Do opposites attract? Will it cliche 'match' be the right one.
A light hearted wine and cheese companioning experience for those interested in learning about wine and cheese interaction, how to maximise this, cheeses from around the World....and/or just a good time out at the start of the weekend with like minded peops.
Cheeses will be available for larger take home purchase after the event. Your host Rebecca Sutton of olive.a.twist (food.wine.science) is a trained Sommelier, Professional Cook and Cheese Lover.
