Laser Tag at Bathurst
Get your trigger finger ready because we're taking a bus to Bathurst for a 3 game extravaganza of laser skirmish fun. Pizza and laughs will be had.
Please note enclosed footwear must be worn.
This free activity includes return bus travel from Mudgee to Bathurst Laser Skirmish (26 Corporation Ave, Robin Hill NSW 2795), laser tag games and lunch with drinks. If you require additional snacks or drinks throughout the day, please bring your own.
The bus will leave Mudgee at approximately 9:00am and return approximately 4:00pm. Pending demand, we will also offer pickup and drop off in Lue, Rylstone and Kandos. Please let us know which location works best for you when booking your ticket/s.
Please note a permission form MUST be completed and received by Council's Youth Services Officer prior to participating in this event. Permission forms will be emailed after tickets have been booked.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Smile! Your attendance at events supported by Mid-Western Regional Council may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used for promotional purposes on council's websites, publications, social media or by newspapers. By attending this session you agree to these terms. If you do not wish your image to be published, please notify staff before the event.
- This event is for those aged 12-18 only.
- We will not be able to accommodate participants who have not made a booking and who have not returned a completed permission form.
- If you feel unwell or are unable to attend please cancel your tickets as soon as possible. This will enable others to participate. Ticket holders who fail to attend 3 sessions without cancelling their ticket, may be ineligible to attend future events.
- Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated at events, and may limit attendance at future events hosted by Mid-Western Regional Youth.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to check in. This assists the programme to run on schedule
- Tickets are not transferable.
- Bus return time is an estimate and is subject to change.
