Spencer Cocoa is Mudgee's very own Bean-To-Bar Chocolate Factory!
This year we have opened our visitor space, so you can step right into the heart of our factory and discover what bean-to-bar chocolate making is about.
Our production cycle runs on a weekly basis of roasting, grinding, molding and wrapping. FRIDAYS are wrapping day! This is when our fabulous factory production team hand-wrap ~ with origami precision ~ our weekly production of bars, blocks and frogs.
Fridays are a great day to visit our factory! Come and see how real chocolate is made. Bookings for larger groups preferred - otherwise just pop in! Open between 10-3pm.
