Lantern Workshop with Phil Relf

Phil will guide a group in the skills required to build a LARGE lantern or two.
The lantern(s) will become part of Gulgong Arts Council's Lantern Parade on 30 September.

* the car lantern is an example of Phil's work. We will be making insect-inspired lanterns.
