Level Up Extended - Winter School Holidays Thursday 16 July 2026

Gather your friends for an afternoon of roleplaying and tabletop games. Whether you’re slaying dragons, defeating monsters, solving mysteries or trying to be the last player standing, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Lunch is included.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Attendance at events supported by Mid-Western Regional Council may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used for promotional purposes across Council websites, publications, social media and local newspapers. By attending this event, you agree to these terms. If you do not wish for your image to be published, please notify staff prior to the event.

• This event is for young people aged 12–20 years only.
• Bookings are essential. We may not be able to accommodate participants without a booking.
• If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible to allow others the opportunity to participate.
• Participants who fail to attend three events without cancelling their booking may become ineligible for future Mid-Western Regional Youth events.
• Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may affect attendance at future events.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to help the program run on schedule.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
