Making Gyoza from scratch is so much fun and easier than you think. In this workshop you will make approx. 24 dumplings with your choice of traditional pork or vegetarian filling, make the gyoza wrappers, fill and fold and fry. Cook some to enjoy straight away with a glass of Mudgee wine or box them up to take home and cook with your family (also suitable to freeze).
