A small group hands on sourdough school where you learn from an experienced commercial and home sourdough baker the process from starter to finished baked bread.

6 hours hands on tutelage in sourdough bread and crumpets
Comprehensive notes including recipes for bread, crumpets and pizza
1 sourdough loaf dough/proving basket to take home to bake + a share in the baked bread on the day (if we don’t eat it all!)
