Enjoy a hands on pasta class with Elizabeth Hewson and a wine tasting at our cellar door, followed by a sit down three-course dinner with matched wines at family owned & run Yeates wines.
Elizabeth is a columnist for The Weekend Australian, Head of Creative at Fink Group (including Quay, Bennelong, OTTO & Firedoor restaurants), author of two cookbooks, recipe writer and Mum.
With canapés and a glass of wine on arrival, we'll kick off the evening kneading together around the bar. Whilst the dough rests, antipasti and a wine tasting will be enjoyed (including our award-winning Albariño, Riesling, Rosè, Shiraz & Cabernet).
Once we're all relaxed - dough included - we'll head back to the bench to roll and form our pastas with a focus on cavatelli/maccheroni ai descita, & busiate (with a vino in hand of course!).
After we're happy with our pasta work (you’ll take this home), we'll sit down together for a gorgeous three course pasta dinner, with matched wines, both new and old.
Make a weekend of it and book one of our Vinestay accommodation packages. This includes a two night stay for two just a few metres from the cellar door, with a bottle of wine and cheese platter on arrival, a vineyard walk and two tickets to the main event (this!).
This event isn't just about the pasta making.
