This intensive workshop works with the undelying asumption that drawing is a direct examination of (and possible challenge to) our perceptions and experience of the world and as such, drawing is transformative to an art practice. Exploration into mark making and landscape into abstraction will be explored.
Teacher Fran O'Neill is a faculty member of the New York Studio School. Firmly grounded in drawing from life, she maintains those fundamentals as she focuses on her abstract art.
