The Inaugural Great Gooree Roast is to be held in the scenic grounds of Gooree Park Stud. Sit back and relax to the sounds of renowned local musician Nick Wall from Box-monster music. Brody from Smokin Bro & Co. will have the smoker fired up to serve you slow smoked Gooree Wagyu brisket, pork belly and chicken as well as Gooree Lamb on the spit. Local chef Amy Santas will add her flare of matching sides while they take care of the beer and wine from the cellar door. Be sure to book your tickets early as this event is sure to sell out.
