The Power of Resilience and a Growth Mindset in Business

Join us for an inspiring evening as we celebrate NSW Small Business Month and the Mid-Western Region’s small businesses with a special event. We're excited to bring you 'The Power of Resilience and Growth Mindset in Business' on Thursday, 26 October 2023 in partnership with the NSW Government's NSW Small Business Month 2023 Grant Program.

The evening will commence with a networking opportunity over nibbles for the region’s small businesses. Following the networking, Mudgee-based owner and director of The Centre of Executive Development (CED), Pearl-Daly Swords, will present 'The Power of Resilience and a Growth Mindset in Business'.

In the interactive session, attendees will be provided with some practical tips on how to “bounce back” in the face of adversity, challenges, and the unexpected. 'The Power of Resilience and a Growth Mindset in Business' is a great opportunity for local small businesses to gain valuable information and knowledge from a professional who has coached leaders around Australia and internationally.

Pearl Daly-Swords has 20+ years of practical HR and consulting experience, Certificates in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Brain-Based Coaching and the Neuroscience-backed, leadership profiling tool PRISM; and Undergraduate and Doctorate degrees in Science. She is an experienced keynote speaker who has previously presented at Mid-Western Regional Council’s Central West Young Entrepreneurs Summit in Mudgee.

• Networking and nibbles from 5.30pm for a 6.00pm start.
• Speaking session from 6.00pm: Dr Pearl Daly-Swords will present on the areas of resilience and a growth mindset in business.
