This year we have opened our visitor space, so you can step right into the heart of our factory and discover what bean-to-bar chocolate making is about.
Our production cycle runs on a weekly basis of roasting, grinding, molding and wrapping. THURSDAYS are molding day! This is when our fabulous factory production duo, Mayu & Carly, mold our weekly production of 100g bars, 500g blocks and frogs ~ to perfection!
Thursdays are a great day to visit our factory! Come and see how real chocolate is made. Bookings for larger groups preferred - otherwise just pop in! Open between 10-3pm.
