An evening of Vietnames and Korean inspired food. The specialty will be the bun (boon) Vietnamese noodle bowls with fiery chickem, crispy roasted pork belly or marinated tofu all with pickled veg and salad covered with a traditional dressing and served with 2 x spring rolls. All goes perfectly with a cool crisp Slowfox Viognier.
