Zin on Fire returns to light up the dark on the longest night of the year.
Join us as we celebrate the Winters Solstice – the true beginning of the new vintage – and a major pillar of the biodynamic calendar. Gather around the fires under the near-full moon, as we indulge in the energies shared between earth and sky.
Zin chefs will prepare the evenings meal over open fire – drawing inspiration from the flame itself – the menu is a true celebration of the produce we grow and the meat we raise. The communal-style seated portion of the meal will take place inside the warmth of The Zin House. Once the main courses have concluded, guests will be welcomed back outside for dessert and drinks by the fire.
Guests will enjoy a house-made cocktail upon arrival, followed by matching wines selected by David Lowe to accompany the six-course dinner.
