Create a delicious 3 course lunch. Make spring + summer time entertaining a breeze.
3 courses created from seasonal produce to help your entertaining recipe repertoire. Take a seat and enjoy the afternoon grazing on the delicious feast prepared. 3 different menus will be offered over 3 sessions. Join all 3 or just pick your favourite.
Part 1 - Sunday 13 October
Mushroom + ricotta Galette Sumac. Spiced lamb rack with minted pumpkin salad. Pimms, rhubarb + berry crumble
Part 2 - Saturday 26 October
Spinach + fetta filo tart. Roasted Porchetta with fennel + lemon. Flourless orange cake
Part 3 - Saturday 16 November
Fetta stuffed pears + Mudgee honey dressing. Chicken fricasse with new potatoes + collard greens. Rhubarb and strawberry tart with candied pistachio.
