Join the Little Cooking School Mudgee for an immersive cooking class where you will create spiced carrot soup, homemade foccacia, Pork belly braised in cider + apple tarte tatin.
A winters day in the kitchen creating deep, rich hearty flavours is one of the best things about the cold weather. Add some good red wine and it is sheer heaven. Sweet and spiced carrots in a creamy soup, homemade bread followed by succulent pork belly slowly braised in local cider served with garden greens. Finish with a classic apple tarte tatin and an espresso.
I recommend curling up with a good book in a comfy spot for the remainder of the day.
