Lowe Family Wine Co’s pop-up ‘Dinner With’ series is back for another weekend. Each of these informal dinner parties will hero one of The Zin House & Lowe chefs, with the menu curated by them to showcase the cuisine and food they love to cook.
This weekend Lowe chefs Jesús Armanda & Ellie Blume are taking charge of the kitchen, bringing an authentic Mexican influence to the 4-course feast.
Combining traditional recipes with quality local ingredients, Jesús & Ellie’s menu will include dishes from chorizo & refried bean molletes, lamb barbacoa with fresh tortillas, chicken ballentine with chilli & chocolate mole sauce, and finishing with a coffee flan with vanilla ice-cream.
The evening will have a communal vibe in The Zin House, with dinner at $165pp all-inclusive of 4 courses & matched wine.

Dinner is $165pp inclusive of 3 courses & wine, or $135 for non drinkers.
