At the Little Cooking School
Join the Little Cooking School Mudgee for an immersive cooking class where you will Create beautiful Gnocchi. Nutrient dense wonders of nature. Little soft clouds of potato accompanied by 3 different styles of sauces.
Firstly try Baked gnocchi with new season local pumpkin, fresh mozzerella and local persian fetta, sage leaves and roasted hazelnuts.
Then try frying your gnocchi and combine with a handmade rosemary, walnut and pecorino pesto, and lastly let the little gnocchi pillows swim around with some amazing Mudgee gourmet mushrooms, local stein prosciutto, and local garlic in a velvety cream sauce.
Enjoy with some zingy salads to go with and then finish off with the lightest, fresh lemon delicious pudding and lashings of double cream. Long lunch heaven!
