RECENT WORLD EVENTS + IMPACT TO MUDGEEQUE
Whilst there are current regulations in place to cancel non-essential events of 500+, MudgeeQue isn’t scheduled to take place until Saturday, 13 June.
We have decided, for now, to proceed with ticket sales from Monday, 16 March 2020 – hoping our collective positive thoughts will turn things around between now and then.
As a popular community and visitor event, we feel it’s important to at least give MudgeeQue a fighting chance of taking place in 2020, especially after a challenging start to the year with drought and bushfire impacting our region.
We want to assure all ticketholders that FULL REFUNDS will apply should we need to cancel or delay the event (a decision that will be made closer to the date, around mid-May).
We are doing our best to remain optimistic, to support our local producers. We’ll keep ticketholders informed via email/SMS and others can keep track of MudgeeQue’s progress via our social pages.
Cheers, The MudgeeQue Crew
MudgeeQue is THE low and slow barbecue + smoked meats festival you don’t want to miss!
Returning for the second time in 2020, get set for a bigger, better MudgeeQue! Embrace the crisp country air, and warm yourself by crackling fire drums. Explore the stunning festival grounds of Melrose Park while indulging in the slow-cooked BBQ phenomenon taking over the world. Local brewers, winemakers and distillers will serve up their best while you tap your toes and wiggle your hips to live acoustic folk and blues tunes.
Book your festival entry ticket for just $20, or include a return bus transfer for just $30 per person plus booking fee. Children 11 years and under are FREE! Advance purchase required.
Once inside, all your senses will instantly engage – there’s nothin’ quite like the smell of barbecue. Capturing the aroma of sweet wood smoke isn’t a challenge to pitmasters, a one of a kind aroma. Soak it in and drink it up.
