Meet Mary: Mudgee’s Most Loved Split-Screen Kombi. Born in 1958 to proud VW parents, Mary will have you at hello.

In all seriousness, like most split-screen Kombis, Mary has been through a lot in life. After decades of neglect and a brief stint being used to store wood in Sanford, Queensland, it took over 900 hours to restore her to her previous glory and find her a new home in Mudgee.

Equally passionate about the Mudgee Region as they are Kombis, owner, Phill, and his wife Brigitte knew that Mary was simply too wonderful not to be shared, which is how Country Kombi came to fruition. Today, Country Kombi is Mudgee’s original Kombi hire and are proud to offer guests transport for engagements, weddings, wine tours, events and photoshoots.
