Lomondo's olives are grown in rich clay soil on 'Loch Lomond', a 1200 acre property on the outskirts of Mudgee, NSW's nest in the hills.

The olive oil has a brilliant, fresh, grassy aroma with a fruity start, ending in a peppery finish. With its striking green colour and opaqueness Lomondo Olive Oil glides over the palate, leaving a spicy, fresh taste in the mouth. The perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Lomondo's Aged Caramelised Balsamic has been aged in oak barrels for up to five years. The red wine vinegar used in the development stage has been hand made from local Mudgee red wine grapes which gives our vinegar its delicous rich, sweet flavour.
