Set against a backdrop of rolling hills, Logan Wines offers a stunning range of wines in their architecturally-designed with floor to ceiling glass, award-winning cellar door. Their ’Vintage M Cuvée’ is a standout, boasting a harmonious blend of Chardonnay Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier produced in the traditional method, that delivers complex aromas of wild strawberry, with flavours of marzipan, lemon and green apple. Stop 3: Burnbrae Wines

Lovers of the bubbles will not be disappointed when stopping at Burnbrae Wines. Burnbrae produces a range of wonderful wines including the Twinkle Toes Cuvée. This cuvée is a delicate cool-climate sparkling, made from Chardonnay and sparkled using the charmat method. It is bright and fresh and perfect for celebrating special occasions. Their cellar door is open every day from 10am to 4pm and offers an excellent stop along your journey. If you're peckish you're in luck as Burnbrae serves abundant platters daily, as well as a variety of delicious pizzas on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Non-wine drinkers will also be happy with their stop to Burnbrae Wines, as they offer a 548 Lager as well! You can taste their range of wines in their cosy and historic cellar door or settle in for the afternoon on their large verandah with stunning views of the vineyards.

Stop 4: The Cellar by Gilbert

Nestled in a charming historic building, The Cellar by Gilbert invites you to experience a sparkling revelation in the heart of Mudgee. They have a range of bubbles to tickle everyone’s taste buds. Their 2016 Méthode Traditionelle made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir and spending 50-months on yeast lees, has won many awards, including being awarded 95 points from Halliday Wine Companion. Their ’Pet Nat’ range (Petillant Naturel – naturally sparkling) are playful wines that are as effervescent as they are delightful. Their riesling pet-nat has flavours of citrus, lemon curd and great texture. Their rosé pet-nat bursts with watermelon and strawberry leaf on the palate. They also have a very special 2014 Vintage Vermentino and Savagnin sparkling, which has been bottle fermented for 7 years! The added time on lees has increased the complexity and texture of this wine, making it an irresistible drop.
