Perched elegantly on the top of a hill overlooking the vines, the Tasting Room’s clean architectural design perfectly frames the stunning views from every angle. It’s the perfect spot to taste wine from Logan’s five ranges, all made from Logan’s grapes grown in the NSW Central Ranges (Mudgee and Orange).
Winemaker Peter Logan is inspired by the character of rich fruity Australian wines and the balance and structure of Old-World wines. His winemaking philosophy represents a hybrid of these two styles – wines that ooze Australian fresh fruit flavours whilst embodying European-style balance and finesse.
Logan is located just 15 kilometres from Mudgee along the Castlereagh Highway. Travelling from Sydney, Logan is the first winery visible (on your left) and leaving Mudgee, they're your last wine stop for about 160 kilometres.

Old vines produce a range of special wines including chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz, savagnin blanc, vermentino, and some interesting blends.
Vintage Sparklings are our speciality and they are some of Mudgee's best!
Meet the friendly, family of horses and goats when you take a stroll through the vineyard, olive grove and cherry orchard.

Stop 1: De Beaurepaire Wines

From their 2017 Sparkling Chardonnay, to their 2016 Estate-Grown Vintage sparkling shiraz, you can truly go on an effervescent journey. They also have a very special 2014 Vintage Vermentino & Savagnin sparkling which has been bottle fermented for 7 years! The added time on lees has increased the complexity and texture of this wine, making it an irresistible drop. Thumbprint Wines is essential for sparkling lovers, with a range of wines perfect for toasting to the unforgettable moments shared with friends on this sparkling adventure through Mudgee.
