Heslop Wines is a boutique family vineyard and winery in the heart of the Mudgee region. Their aim is to ‘tread lightly’, producing small batches of handcrafted premium wine with grapes from their vineyard and select local growers.
This sustainable approach involves hand-picking and pruning in the vineyard, and strategic irrigation to conserve water and maintain vine health. They also employ minimal intervention winemaking methods such as gentle crushing, hand plunging, and basket pressing, and use solar power, and sustainable building materials.
At Heslop Wines, each season brings something different, but their aim is always the same. From the vineyard to the winery, to the cellar door, and beyond, their wines are made with care at every step.
