🎬 School Holiday Movie Trip to Mudgee
Mid-Western Regional Council Youth Services are heading to Mudgee for a fun school holiday day out!
Participants will travel on the Community Connect Bus with the Youth Services team, enjoy lunch and head to Town Hall Cinema for a movie - Forgotten Island. It’s a great opportunity to spend the day with friends, enjoy a movie and have some fun in Mudgee — all for FREE!

The Youth Services team will meet participants at the designated pick-up points and travel with the group to Mudgee.

Parents/carers must be at the designated bus stop to collect their young person at drop-off. Alternatively, parents/carers may provide written consent for their young person to walk home from the bus stop.
📌 Important information
This activity is for young people aged 8–14 years.
Participants must be available for the entire duration of the excursion, including the scheduled bus departure and return times.
Places are limited and bookings are essential.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This is a free Youth Services activity for young people aged 8–14 years.
- Participants must be available for the full duration of the excursion and must arrive at their nominated pick-up location on time.
- Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring participants are at the designated bus stop at the nominated pick-up time.
- Parents/carers must collect participants from the designated bus stop at the nominated drop-off time, unless written consent has been provided for the young person to walk home independently from the bus stop.
- The Youth Services team will accompany participants throughout the excursion, including during bus travel and while in Mudgee.
- Participants are expected to follow reasonable directions from Youth Services staff and behave respectfully towards staff, other participants, members of the public and bus/cinema staff.
- Participants must follow the rules and conditions of the Community Connect Bus and Town Hall Cinema.
- Parents/carers should notify Youth Services of any relevant dietary requirements, allergies, medical information or other information that may affect the young person's participation.
- Places are limited. If a participant can no longer attend, please notify Youth Services as soon as possible so their place can be offered to another young person.
- Attendance at events supported by Mid-Western Regional Council may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used for promotional purposes across Council websites, social media and other promotional materials.
- By booking, the parent/carer acknowledges and agrees to the above conditions and gives permission for their young person to participate in the excursion.
