TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Join the Games2U crew and immerse yourself in their state-of-the -art Mobile Games Theatre and Virtual Reality (VR) experience!
We will be offering 2 sessions, choose the right ticket for your preference of session, please book only 1 session.
Session times: Three sessions are available:
Session 1: 1.30pm - 2.30pm (10 to 14 years only)
Session 2: 2.30pm - 3.30pm (12 to 24 years only)
Please select the ticket for your preferred session when booking.
· Enclosed footwear is required for participation. Participants must wear suitable enclosed shoes for the duration of the activity.
· Support persons: If a participant requires a support person to attend, the support person must register for the event and provide their relevant Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or NDIS credentials as required.
· This event is strictly for youth aged 10 - 24 years only.
· One session per person per day: Each participant may attend one session only per day. Please select your preferred session when booking and book only one session.
· We cannot accommodate participants who have not made a booking in their own name.
· Your attendance at events supported by Mid-Western Regional Council may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used for promotional purposes on Council websites, publications, social media or by newspapers. By attending this session, you agree to these terms. If you do not wish your image to be published, please notify staff before the event.
· If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible so that another young person can participate.
· Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated at events and may limit attendance at future events hosted by Mid-Western Regional Youth.
· Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to check in and help the program run on schedule.
· Tickets are not transferable.
