Go behind-the-scenes of this working farm, located just minutes from Mudgee CBD, with a new detailed tour exploring the produce, production & people behind Aril Estate’s award-winning offering.
Guided by a member of the Aril Estate team, you’ll get a first-hand look at the pomegranate grove, learning how to pick & deseed a pomegranate, before heading into the olive grove, where you’ll discover just what it takes to cure olives.
Visit the olive press & learn how it operates, before seeing it in-action as it makes Aril Estate’s award-winning olive oil.
The tour will conclude with a stop at Aril Estate’s cellar door, where you’ll enjoy a free tasting of their fermented olives & oils, pomegranate syrups, molasses & jams.
