Enjoy the great outdoors and country air with a Guided Vineyard Walk at Mudgee’s most picturesque vineyard, Bunnamagoo Estate. Through gently undulating country, this 1.5-kilometre return walk will take you on a journey through some of the finest vineyard blocks at Bunnamagoo. Guided by Senior Winemaker Rick Staniford, you’ll experience first-hand from the expert, what high-quality winegrowing is all about. Develop an understanding of soil, aspect and vineyard practises as you walk through our famed Bunnamagoo Chardonnay blocks, old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon, and more recent plantings of Chenin Blanc, Fiano and Sangiovese.
The walk includes a refreshment interval at the highest point of the vineyard at a location that is also a wonderful opportunity to capture stunning imagery of the countryside followed by a wine tasting and a picnic box upon your return to our Cellar Door.
