We're inviting local businesses to get involved in the Pink Up Mudgee - Last Runner Standing Challenge on Saturday 10th October at Victoria Park, Mudgee.
How it works: Businesses can nominate one, or up to five individual runners, who take on a 440m lap within the allocated time. The time gets shorter as the event progresses, and if a runner doesn't complete their lap in time, they are aliminated. TThe last runner standing wins!
With only 50 runner spots available, it's a great opportunity to get your team involved, and raise money for a fantastic cause and have some fun along the way.
Businesses also pledge an amount per lap ($5, $10, $20+), with all funds raised supporting cancer care and services for people and families in our local community.
We'd love businesses to bring along a gazebo, banners, supporters and plenty of team spirit to cheer on your runners. There will be prizes for for the business showing the best team and crows support, so the more noise and colour, the better.
